Casa 1 is designed for two, with an open-air kitchen and living area that invite you to enjoy life surrounded by the jungle. Start your day with breakfast overlooking the trees, cool off in your private plunge pool, and unwind together as soft lighting brings warmth to the villa in the evening. A creek runs through the property, adding the soothing sound of flowing water after rainfall.

The enclosed bedroom offers a king bed, air conditioning, and blackout blinds for restful nights, with a private en-suite bathroom. An equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while fiber-optic Wi-Fi keeps you connected.

One of three independent villas at Alma Verde, Casa 1 offers its own pool and living spaces within a small jungle retreat. Playa Hermosa is around five minutes away by vehicle, and Santa Teresa around ten—close enough to explore, with a peaceful place to return to. A 4x4 or ATV is required.

Enjoy exclusive use of your villa, including the bedroom, en-suite bathroom, open-air kitchen and lounge, deck, and private plunge pool.

Parking and the pathways connecting the three villas are shared. Free parking is available at the property entrance. The laundry is reserved for staff use.

We will send detailed directions before your arrival and arrange a personal welcome whenever possible. A key lockbox is available for self check-in when needed.

The setting feels peaceful and immersed in nature, with lush trees, birdsong, and a creek crossing the property. Enjoy quiet mornings at the villa before heading out to explore the coast.

Playa Hermosa and its nearby supermarket are around five minutes away by vehicle. Santa Teresa is approximately ten minutes away, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and surf spots to discover.

A 4x4 vehicle or ATV is essential for reaching Alma Verde and exploring the area. You will need transportation for beach trips, restaurants, and shopping.

We will send directions via the recommended Calle de los 7 Ríos route, along with any updates relevant to road and river conditions.

Free parking is available at the property entrance. If you need help arranging a vehicle rental or transfer, our team will be happy to assist.

• The kitchen and lounge are open-air, while the bedroom is enclosed and air-conditioned. Expect the sounds of the jungle and occasional insects or wildlife as part of this tropical setting.

• Alma Verde has three separate villas. Some areas are partially visible between them. Outdoor roller blinds offer additional privacy.

• There is no cellular reception at the property. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available. Please download your directions before traveling; occasional utility interruptions can occur.

• Tap water is not suitable for drinking. Please bring bottled drinking water.

• Access involves steps and elevated walkways. Children and babies are welcome and need close supervision around the pool and stairs.

• Weekly housekeeping is included during longer stays.

• Check-in is from 3 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
