The enclosed bedroom features a king bed, air conditioning, and blackout blinds, with a private en-suite bathroom and hot shower. An equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, while fiber-optic Wi-Fi keeps you connected.

One of three independent villas at Alma Verde, Casa 2 enjoys a more sheltered position and a greener outlook, with no other villa directly in front. Playa Hermosa is around five minutes away by vehicle, and Santa Teresa around ten. A 4x4 or ATV is required.

Set between Playa Hermosa and Santa Teresa, Alma Verde is tucked into the tropical hills approximately 800 meters inland from the main road.

The setting feels peaceful and immersed in nature, with lush trees, birdsong, and a creek crossing the property. Enjoy quiet mornings at the villa before heading out to explore the coast.

Playa Hermosa and its nearby supermarket are around five minutes away by vehicle. Santa Teresa is approximately ten minutes away, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and surf spots to discover.

A 4x4 vehicle or ATV is essential for reaching Alma Verde and exploring the area. You will need transportation for beach trips, restaurants, and shopping.

Free parking is available at the property entrance. If you need help arranging a vehicle rental or transfer, our team will be happy to assist.

• A 4x4 vehicle or ATV is required. The access route includes river crossings, and conditions vary with rainfall. We will provide detailed directions and current arrival guidance.

• The kitchen and lounge are open-air, while the bedroom is enclosed and air-conditioned. Expect the sounds of the jungle and occasional insects or wildlife as part of this tropical setting.

• Villa Rocamar is part of a small property with three independent villas. Each has its own pool and living spaces; parking and access pathways are shared.

• There is no cellular reception at the property. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available for messaging and calls. Please download your directions before traveling; occasional utility interruptions can occur.

• Tap water is not suitable for drinking. Please bring bottled drinking water.

• Approximately four steps lead down to Villa Rocamar. Children and babies are welcome and need close supervision around the pool, stairs, and elevated walkways.

• Weekly housekeeping is included during longer stays. Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided.

• Check-in is from 3 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
