Villa Guarumo is a brand-new, private three-bedroom villa designed for up to seven guests. Its modern architecture combines warm wood, elegant black finishes and high-quality furnishings and appliances throughout.

The upper level features an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, connected to a spacious balcony with outdoor dining, seating and beautiful ocean and sunset views. The living room includes a Smart TV, while the kitchen offers a large island, dishwasher, modern appliances and filtered drinking water.

Two upper-floor bedrooms feature king-size beds, private ensuite bathrooms, ocean views and direct access to the shared balcony. Both bedrooms also include air conditioning, ceiling fans, blackout curtains, dedicated workspaces and safes.

The lower bedroom features three twin beds, an ensuite bathroom and ocean views. It also includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan and blackout curtains.

Next to the private saltwater infinity pool, guests will find a covered outdoor dining and lounge area with a a BBQ and direct access to the pool deck.

The villa has three full ensuite bathrooms and two additional half bathrooms.

Guests have private access to the entire villa, including all three bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, upper balcony, covered outdoor dining and lounge area, pool deck and private saltwater infinity pool.

Free parking is available on the property for multiple vehicles. Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the villa.

The laundry area and its machines are reserved for staff use and are not available for guests to operate directly.

A member of our team will welcome you personally at check-in. After that, we will give you complete privacy while remaining available throughout your stay whenever you need us.

Daily light housekeeping is included. Our Paradise Rentals concierge team can also help arrange private chefs, massages, yoga sessions, transportation, vehicle and ATV rentals, surf lessons, tours and other personalized experiences.

A 4x4 vehicle is required to to reach the villa. The beach is approximately 500 meters away and can be reached in about 10–15 minutes on foot, although the route includes sloped sections. For greater comfort and easier access around Santa Teresa, we strongly recommend having a vehicle.

Families with children are welcome, but please note that the property has stairs, different levels and an unfenced swimming pool. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. A crib and other baby equipment are not currently provided.

Santa Teresa is a tropical destination, so insects and other local wildlife may occasionally be present despite regular professional cleaning and pest control.

The villa is generally private and peaceful. However, occasional sounds from daytime activities at the nearby school may be heard.

Exterior security cameras monitor the entrance to the property. There are no cameras inside the the villa or in private guest areas.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Parties and events are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
